Victor J. Cruz: Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina “The Land of the tango”, living in the San Fernando Valley since 1976. Married with two children and four grand children, became a Real Estate Agent in 1979 and a Real Estate Broker in October 1991. He is been continuously working with Century 21 since 1979. He had a radio program during1983 in a Spanish speaking broadcasting, answering questions about real estate and has earned numerous sales awards during his career. He specializes in residential sales although he has sold several multi-unit buildings in the San Fernando Valley. He loves playing tennis and soccer. His hobbies are photography, video, music and dancing. He speaks Spanish and Italian besides, of course English with a South-American accent that he can’t get rid off.
